the comments being made are hardly suprising.
.. when Jared Loughner shot Congresswoman Giffords, everyone jumped up and blamed conservatives as gun-toting psycopaths... this guy crosses a border, purchases a pistol, and commits a murder; and the blame goes to conservative gun-toting psycopaths... the guy premeditated a murder, and checked to see what the penalties were before doing so... would the guy have committed the crime if there had been a death-penalty?... probably... would he have killed her if he couldn't get a gun?... absolutly... how about we blame the actual psycopath for once?
